Order status
The current status including all data of an order, is available via the order status page .
Among other things, delivery status, payment information, shopping cart or invoice PDF can be viewed. In addition, a message function is available, which allows order inquiries to be processed more quickly and in a targeted manner. Info on general questions can be found in the help.
The individual link to the order status page is in the order confirmation email as well as directly after ordering within the website and can furthermore be requested here, specifying the email address (from the order!). Please for short Mail, should the address have changed.
